Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Currently we use the United States Postal Service for our shipping, if you would like to request a different service please contact us via email.  Extra shipping and handling charges due to those requests will be the responsibility of the customer.  Due to the fragile nature
of our candles, all candles must be insured.  If a candle is received broken, purchaser must contact the shipper for their refund.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because of the very personal nature of our products we cannot resell any product that has been returned.  All sales are final so please chose carefully.  If a mistake is made contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipping your products and adjust your bill accordingly.

Should we make a mistake, be it the incorrect product or a missing product we will attempt to correct the problem with no extra charge.  Shipping and handling costs are non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused items or for any other reason unless the mistake is ours.

We will not exchange or refund because of the fragrance, strength of fragrance, color or design of our products.  We make all our products by hand and while we do make every effort to be sure that our products are as regular as possible, variation can occur despite our best efforts.
